Returns Policy

We offer you a very simple returns policy should you want to change your item(s). We will allow returns subject to the following criteria:

  • The return must be logged within 7 days of the item being delivered to you
  • The item must still be in a re-saleable condition
  • The item must not be worn or used
  • The item must still be its original packaging, with labels and relevant tags attached
  • Items sold with promotional gifts must be returned together with the gift
  • The item must be returned in the country of purchase
  • Unfortunately there will be no returns allowed for SALE items

The Returns Procedure:

  • Log your return within 7 days of the order being delivered to you
  • Contact our office for a return query on +27 83 632 3179 or email info@mycottontree.co.za with subject line “Returns”
  • We will direct you to continue with the returns procedure subject to the criteria listed above and schedule a courier to collect the items from you
  • Use the box in which you received the item/s or the enclosed flyer bag that that you will receive with your order. Seal the bag and have it prepared for the courier to collect
  • The courier company will collect the item from the designated address on an agreed day (working days only)
  • We will send you an email receipt confirmation after receiving and analysing your returned product. Refunds will be issued to your bank account. You can either choose a store credit note, a voucher or a refund to your bank account
  • After approving and issuing your refund (the estimated time varies depending on your bank), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your refund will be in your account shortly after. A refund can take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on the method of refund and banking institution
  • Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 4 working days for Main Areas and 8 working days for Outlying/Regional areas from date of logging the return
  • For coupons, the value of the coupon that was redeemed will not be refunded to you, or credited to your account
